It is my pleasure to introduce myself and be able to work with you in achieving one more bucket list item in your life events. My name is Jhoseline Roca-Kontny, I was born in Bolivia and moved to the United States at the age of 11. I am fluent in English as well as in Spanish and currently learning Korean.
I began my journey as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2018, and now I am licensed in four different states: DC, FL, MD, and VA. I genuinely believe in helping others achieve their life goals and achieve financial stability. As a tax specialist, I help my clients with traditional and non-traditional loan programs such as conventional financing, bank statement and profit and loan programs.
I am an active mother of two girls, both of whom share my love for numbers as well. I have worked with the Latino community in different programs since I was 14 years old and very much enjoy being a part of my community, local schools, and church.
