The constant feeding of information and updates, as well as the guidance through out the entire process of the loan were satisfying. Needless to say , all the team members done their part seamlessly and no pressure at all.

Jennifer did an excellent job as my loan officer. I truly believe she went above and beyond however there were several factors outside of her control that caused a few hiccups along the way. Jennifer was great at using her resources and referring to her colleagues when she needed help. She advocated for me on multiple occasions and made sure the loan was approved.
